PROJECT BRIEF:
To provide a shallow channel drain that is compatible with the bi-fold door system. The drain lids were anodized to our Titanium colour because it was the same colour as the anodized aluminum bi-fold track door frames. The drain tops are easily removed for cleaning.
SPECIFIC ACTIVITY:
Balcony Area: Bi-fold track drainage system installed on to concrete slab with silicon used to glue the PVC drain base to the waterproof membrane. Drains were installed with limestone large format tile 900x600mmx20mm.
Wetroom Area: 2 of the 1244mm shower kits

were cut at a 45 degree angle to create a frame around the shower.

PROJECT BRIEF:
To provide an architectural channel drain which is heel guard safe. The client requested a channel drain with easily removed drain tops to allow for the PVC channels to be cleaned out with a garden hose.
SPECIFIC ACTIVITY:
Balcony Area: Aquabocci A40 drainage system installed on to compressed FC sheeting, with silicon used to glue the PVC drain base to the waterproof membrane. Drains were installed with limestone large format tile 900x600x20mm.
Swimming pool area: A40 drain installed against rendered wall on concrete slab.
The plastic wings on the PVC drain base were removed to allow the drain to sit in 110mm wide channel between the stone pavers and the retaining wall (refer to images)
Side Courtyard: A100 drain installed inside a channel in the concrete slab with tumbled limestone large format tile 900x600mmx20mm.

NAME: New Apartment, Notting Hill London UK
PROJECT BRIEF:
To provide a channel drainage system in 3 wet rooms. The client requested that the drain lids contrast with the beige limestone tiles so the drain lids were anodized to a matt black colour. The anodized finish is non-conductive and will not rust or tea stain in the shower environment.
SPECIFIC ACTIVITY:
Wetroom Area: Aquabocci A40 drainage system installed on to compressed FC sheeting, with silicon used to glue the PVC drain base to the waterproof membrane. Drains were installed with limestone tile 600x400x15mm. Aquabocci A40 1244mm long shower kit was cut down on site to 900mm and installed against the wall in the shower. 2800mm lengths were used to separate the bath area from the main bathroom.

For this project it was important that the metal drain lid will not be affected by the salt air in the harbourside location. The drain is anodized to a Matt Black finish, which is non-conductive and will not rust or tea stain in and around salt water.
SPECIFIC ACTIVITY:
Swimming Pool area: Aquabocci A40 drainage system PVC drain base is installed on top of concrete slab, with sandstone pool coping 800x400x50mm and tile 800x400mmx20mm glued on to sand and cement bed with tile adhesive. Balcony area used Aquabocci A40 drainage system installed on concrete slab with PVC drain base glued on to waterproof membrane with sandstone tile 800x400mmx20mm.

The drain lids needed to be easily removed and made from a material that would not be affected by chlorine or pool chemicals.
SPECIFIC ACTIVITY: A40 Swimming pool drainage system installed on concrete slab with PVC drain base glued to waterproof membrane with silicon. 300x300x10mm ceramic tile glued on to sand and cement bed with tile adhesive.

PROJECT BRIEF: To provide an architectural channel drain for external balconies which can be adjusted to form a curve to match the shape of the building. The PVC drain base and alloy drain lids were cut on site to achieve this.
The drain lids needed to be easily removed and made from a material that would not be affected by the harbourside location.
SPECIFIC ACTIVITY: Balcony Area: A40 drainage system on concrete slab. Silicon was used to glue the PVC drain base to the waterproof membrane. The tiler installed sand and cement bed and then used tile adhesive to glue ceramic tile 600x600mmx10mm to the bed.
